By using the 2WAI Education Suite ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

Teachers must be at least 18 years old. Students under 13 require parental consent. Student accounts must be created with a valid parent/guardian email address.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

The Service uses AI-generated content for educational purposes. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information. Teachers should review AI-generated materials before sharing with students.

5. Privacy

We are committed to protecting student privacy in compliance with FERPA and COPPA. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
